In this section we explain The Vixi's plant-based formula, how it works, and its food-contact safety in detail.

Is The Vixi really natural? Why are there chemical names in the formula? +
Natural substances are chemical compounds too. All ingredients in The Vixi are plant-based substances found in nature and suitable for food contact. It contains no harmful synthetic substances.
How do you remove the pesticides inside fruits and vegetables? +
The Vixi penetrates from the surface down into micro-cracks and pores. Our laboratory tests have shown that it provides cleaning at these levels as well.
How is it different from traditional cleaning methods? +
Traditional methods may remove some surface dirt but remain ineffective against deeply embedded pesticides. The Vixi penetrates into micro-cracks and, in independent tests, provides up to 99% cleaning.
Where does the 99% cleaning power come from? +
This figure comes from accredited laboratory tests. Pesticide removal is analyzed by extracting them into the juice of the fruits and vegetables; not only the surface but also the interior is checked.
Is it safe for babies and children? +
Yes. It has a food-grade formula that can be used even for our little ones' food. It contains no industrial cleaning agents such as petroleum derivatives, chlorine, ammonia, or SLS/SLES.
Is it harmful if I use too much of the product? +
No. Overuse only leads to unnecessary product consumption. The Vixi's contents comply with food safety.
Does it leave residue on the washed food? +
No. Its natural formula is completely rinsed away after rinsing; it leaves behind no taste, smell, or chemical residue.
Do you test on animals? +
No. We have never tested on animals and never will. None of our products contain any animal products or by-products.
